Install Oracle Enterprise Linux 4

Well, it should be a little scary when an application company (Oracle) distributes a better OS than an OS company (Sun). I guess Sun is already scared... but Oracle Enterprise Linux, which apparently is just Red Hat Linux 4 redistrubted, is way better than Solaris x86. I installed the whole thing in under an hour, including fixing a problem with the RIVA128 driver. Recognized my network cards. The entire install process is so much more user friendly and flat out better I would be pretty embarassed if I was Sun

Now installing Siebel 8.0 for Linux... Next installment: what to do when Oracle eats your lunch. And they are eating everybody's lunch these days.
