Recursive Technology's product line started with Virtual Administrator 1, very first generally available for download over the internet utility for monitoring Siebel Servers. With a base of over one hundred Siebel sites, user feedback has helped to shape the large increase in features and flexibility for Virtual Administrator 2™ (VA2).

In addition to VA2, the flagship product, Recursive product line also includes a custom Knowledge Base extraction utility for creating a pure HTML service request and solution knowledge base, with similar functionality as Siebel Support Web. We also provide a high throughput document generator for generating, faxing, and emailing Word documents from Siebel Data, which can be used as a replacement system for Siebel's Proposal Generator. Custom programming is available for specific product needs, utilities, and integration products.
