Siebel AERS integration pack

Good news that the Siebel AERs "integration pack" is out. It is logical fit; Siebel's contact center and workflow capabilities with AERs specilized pharmacuetical vertical. Good news also in that Recursive Technology and partner November Research focus on Siebel Call Centers and AERs.
