Siebel and Mercury Interactive
This PDF is interesting, although slightly dated. It mentions that the Mercury product is the only certified product for Siebel 7, so I'm thinking it may be from 2002 or early 03. Now of course the Quest, Empirix, BMC, and a host of other products are certified with Seibel 7.
This is published from FocusFrame, a company I remeber looking at back in 01 or early 02. Looks like they are doing quite well, nice big business around testing. Seems to be a better business than monitoring software, thats for sure.
